About Me
I specialise in helping people navigate the full spectrum of grief and loss including bereavement, life transitions, depression, anxiety and the stress that loss can bring to work and relationships.

My own life experiences have given me great insight into why we may benefit from a counselling relationship for support at certain times in our lives and how beneficial it can be to engage in a talking therapy. I bring a deep and compassionate knowledge to my work and an understanding that loss can change everything.
I consult privately in my Therapy Room in South West London, and at The Royal Trinity Hospice in London, where I support people facing some of life’s most difficult moments, and am proud to incorporate a deep and compassionate approach to my work.
Loss touches every part of our lives and you shouldn’t have to navigate it alone.
My Approach
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I draw on both Psychodynamic Theory and Person-centred theory to understand how present day feelings and actions can be influenced by past experiences and learned behaviours; encouraging self-awareness to help you identify and overcome emotional challenges.

Our work together will give you the chance to have someone listen to you and provide you with the space to identify the changes that can positively impact you moving forwards.
I understand that choosing to engage in therapy, or to re-engage with a new therapist, can be challenging, however, the positive benefits of therapy often outweighs these challenges.
Services
In Person or Online Therapy Session
£100/50 minutes
I offer face to face sessions at my private practice in South West London.
If you would prefer to hold our sessions online, I am happy to meet over a secured Google Meet link.
I offer new clients an initial 30-minute consultation to discuss what your goals for therapy are, why you are making contact and how we might work together.
There is no set length of time that therapy should take, this will depend on your level of need and the goals you wish to achieve.

I offer a flexible treatment plan and ensure that I monitor my client progress regularly, however, your therapy is always tailored specifically for you.
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline or a rulebook, it’s as unique as you are.
